Scaling 6-figure pet store to a 7-figure brand

These screenshots are from Shopify, Klaviyo, and Attentive SMS. They were taken on September 30th, 2022. We've been working with this brand for 1.5 years. From March 26th to September 26th 2022, this store generated $1,361,474.

100% of their revenue came from both email/SMS marketing. 

(There will will always be a slight difference between Klaviyo/Attentive numbers and Shopify numbers due to refunds, chargebacks, etc.)



FLOWS

✔ We Implemented sign-up forms to collect subscribers emails and phone numbers

✔ “Was this Brand running Ads?” Yes, they were running ads; we took advantage of their Traffic by implementing a Welcome series.

✔ We implemented the essentials flows cart abandonment, browse abandonment and post purchase.

✔ We also implemented custom flows to match the brand identity and aesthetic of the brand.

✔ We made sure to include TONS of REVIEWS and other forms social proof to improve conversion rates.

✔ Every month we checked on the flows and optimized them to take them to the next level.

CAMPAIGNS

✔ We created a routine with their email/SMS list

✔  By sending out 1-3 campaigns per week, we were able to build a cult like following for the brand.

✔By making campaigns engaging, we were able to understand what customers were interested in and not interested in.

✔ We made sure to segment the right customer with the right campaign/interest by utilizing the segmentation tools on Klayvio and attentive SMS.

✔ By doing this we're able to consistently generate 70% of the total backend revenue via campaigns.

✔ We used retargeting and offered the best incentive possible to convert the tougher customers into a sale. By doing this we increased the customers lifespan.

Scaling fashion brand to 400k/month

This screenshot was taken on March 8th 2023 from Klaviyo. We've been working with this client for 1 year now and we just wanted to showcase how the past 30 days have been.

This brand has been around for almost a decade. For the past few years this brand has been stuck at roughly 3.5 million in annual sales. The store is a part of the fashion and apparel niche and the owner felt like he hit a wall when it came to scaling his store with ads.

It was almost as if no matter what he did, he was unable to crack $400,000 months. 

That’s where we came in...

We audited his account and found lots of areas that had room for improvement. He was using Mailchimp and felt like there wasn't much more he could do. Our team recreated and optimized all of his Flows (automated emails) in Klaviyo. Shortly after the flows went live we created an action plan to increase campaign sending frequency and improve the quality of content being sent out each week.

Within the first few weeks this client already started to notice a difference. He was previously doing 8-12% of his sales via email but after the first 30 days we noticed that over 20% of his sales were already coming from emails.
